Added handling of remenant Gem Chips on load - this should clean up and consolidate any lingering chips from 1.7.0.2

Hardcoded the subclass detection in Legion - will work 100% in english clients, not so sure about non-english clients, so please report back if it breaks for you!

Optimized the handling of several functions to decrease footprint - condensed 32 function calls into 7. *cheers*
