Added a part for Mail Opener tips to the bottom of the general config. Also, the first time you start the config you will be prompted to enable continuous opening or not.

.hgignore update to ignore the entire Libs folder instead of just it's contents and to ignore a possible new unimportant module that I'll be working at whenever there is nothing else.
