	* The stock alert should now properly scan immediately after a login.
	* Setting the stock scan speed at fast or higher now properly speeds things up when your FPS is below 100.

	! Implemented stock alerts. You will be notified a moment after logging in or after writing "/im a".
	+ Added "don't alert at characters" option which allows you to track groups at characters without being bothered about low stock (so they do appear in your summary, but don't alert you when you are low on stock).
	+ Added an option to change the speed of the stock alert scanning at the extra config tab.
	* Renamed the debug channel to IMDebug (so you only get IM changes, not from other addons).
